The company was formed on the 12.10.1994 as the legal successor Comextrans, OHG, Dubnica nad Váhom. The company is owned by three partners; Ing. Rudolf Holba, Jozef Holba and Róbert Holba. The initial capital of the company is €49,793.The Company operates in freight transport and trucking, as well as repair and maintenance of large vehicles.
The company has been a member of CESMAD Slovakia since 1994 and a member of the Shipping Federation since 2003. The company owns the trademark rights for the logo and company name number 206153 of the Industrial Ownership Office of the Republic of Slovakia dated 07.05.2004, and has the ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
In 2010 the company employes 113 people and operated 62 tandems in international freight transport – predominantly of the brand name M.A.N., VOLVO, SCANIA, SCHMITZ a SCHWARZMÜLLER.
The company also offers repair and maintenance of trucks, and tire services for cars and trucks.

RENEVAL OF THE FLEET IN THE YEAR 2011

In the year 2011 company has bought 12 new vehicles EURO 5 EEV - which are the most ecologic vehicles on the market right now.
